Alejandro V. Ortega II, President and CEO
With over 15 years of experience, Alejandro has a unique understanding of the healthcare industry, both domestically and internationally. Additionally, Alejandro has led projects in the high-tech, energy, and finance industries.
Alejandro attained his MBA in International Marketing and Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management and his Bachelors in Chemistry and Clinical Psychology from Rutgers University.
His career has revolved around the business of pharmaceuticals. He has held positions in Business Consulting, Global Market Research, Marketing, and Sales where he has gained a thorough understanding of the various customers in healthcare.
Additionally, as a former research and development scientist, Alejandro has the technical understanding required for properly establishing new R&D facilities while maintaining a strategic business mindset.
He also has a background in manufacturing and regulatory with domestic and international experience in pilot lab scale-up, full-scale production, distribution, and quality control.
In addition to these professional and academic experiences, Alejandro has lived and traveled throughout Asia and Europe. He has language ability in Tagalog, Japanese, French, and Spanish.
